The suite we had was very spacious. There are 2 bathrooms which was very convenient but it would be better if there were 2 toilets. The room was cleaned and had everything. The bed was very comfortable. I like the lobby area where they had a fire place when we can sit down and relax. It was like a home away from home. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They tried to accommodate all our requests. The location was very convenient, close to all the restaurants and cafes. On our departure day, they also had a small departure gift which was unexpected and very touched. It was a bottle of water and a bag of very nice cookies.

I liked the lobby, it was very nice and cosy. I also appreciated the fact that all drinks including coffee tea coke etc were for free at the lobby and to take upstairs in the room.

From arrival to departure everything was spectacular, when they say they are 5 star they are absolutely five star. Perfect location, staff were incredible and facilities were fantastic.

The hotel is very quaint and located in a wonderful neighborhood. There were many restaurants, shops, museums, and other sites within walking distance. The staff were accommodating, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Located in a bustling, stylish, hip neighborhood. Lots to do, see and consume nearby but also easy to walk almost anywhere. Staff was unbelievably helpful and available any time of day. Main hotel door was secured at night which made me feel safe. Great Happy Hour every day at 4pm. Room was comfortable and not noisy for being on the street - then again minor street noise doesn’t bother me.

I love the warm hospitality the lobby floor had to offer. I have stayed many times. The breakfast is very good but from past stays if you wanted an egg that was included. This stay only included a continental type of breakfast. Not sure what changes to that have been made.

The suite we had was so spacious and very comfortable. It had 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was so comfortable. The normal rooms were small but comfortable. We like sitting by the fire in the lobby while waiting for the car to pick us up. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They tried to accommodate all our requests. They even managed to get us a table in one of the sought after restsurants in Paris. Thumbs up. On our departure day, they even had a departure gift for all of us. It was unexpected and very touching. The location was perfect - quiet and close to restaurants , cafes and shops.

Everything! Our room was beautiful and luxurious. On the ground floor there was a lounge area with a desk and laptop if you needed to conduct any business. There was also another area which was the dining room for breakfast but also doubled as a relaxing area to have a drink after a big day of sightseeing before getting ready to go out for dinner. Everything was complimentary. We also loved the turndown service. Such a lovely touch. Location was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby and your in walking distance to everything. Staff were amazing too. It was the perfect accommodation to end our 4 week holiday in.

The location was exactly what we expected. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The open bar concept is a slam dunk and made us stop by the hotel more often during the day and night. The decor was gorgeous.
